How do I know I'm getting full measure?

Every machine is calibrated and verified by government Weights & Measures inspectors — the certificate is displayed at the station. The screen shows the exact grams or millilitres dispensed.

Is it really cheaper?

Yes — you pay the bulk unit price at any size, with no packaging cost. Typical savings are 20–40%.

What if I don't have a container?

Buy a durable food-grade Chota Jaza container once at the station (KES 50–150) and reuse it for years. Any clean, dry container of your own also works.

Can I pay cash?

Stations are cashless — M-Pesa, card, or the free Chota Jaza wallet. The agent will help you load your wallet the first time.

Where does the food come from?

Directly from licensed Kenyan millers and refiners, delivered in sealed bulk containers and traceable by batch. Nothing is repacked by hand.

Is the machine hygienic?

Food-grade stainless steel, sealed product paths, daily documented cleaning, and county public health inspection — with the paperwork on display.

How much can I earn?

Commission on every kilo and litre dispensed, settled daily or weekly. We model it with you honestly before you commit.

Do I need capital?

Machine and stock financing is available through Tenakata, repaid from sales. In-shop dispenser hosts need no stock capital.

What if the machine breaks?

Every machine reports its own health. A technician is dispatched under our SLA; most modular fixes take under two hours.
